When will I receive my first issue?
It may take six to eight weeks to receive your first issue, depending upon when your order is received. However, if you subscribe and also sign up for a digital companion edition, you will receive a link to the most recent issue right away.
How can I purchase back issues of SchoolArts?
To purchase back issues of SchoolArts, contact Lorraine Markey, Subscriptions Manager at 800-533-2847, x220. Issues can be purchased at a prepaid cost of $6.00 each. Please have the publication month and date of the desired issue readily available.
What is your policy on foreign subscriptions?
Beginning with the August/September 2009 issue, all non-Canadian foreign subscriptions will be digital only. Foreign customers wishing to continue to receive the print edition must pay the enormous cost of shipping their issues via the United Parcel Service or Federal Express, approximately $35.00 per issue. They must call our subscriptions department directly for a quote and shipping arrangements. This
change is due to an increase in claims on foreign subscriptions for lack of or delayed receipt of issues.
What is a Subscription ID?
Your Subscription ID appears on the address label of your magazine. The label should be on the front cover of your print edition.
What is the digital edition?
The digital edition is a replica of the print edition available on the web with live links. It allows you to have access to SchoolArts from school or home as quickly as possible.
